One place for a whole medical history.
Baseline is a private health record for people managing a long-term condition. It brings clinic results, lung function tests, bloodwork, medications, appointments and daily wearable data into one place, charts each of them over time, and surfaces the patterns that sit between them — the part a folder of PDFs can never show you.
It was built for managing cystic fibrosis day to day, where the same person is tracking lung function, quarterly bloods, a dozen medications and a daily physio routine at once. Baseline is a personal record-keeping tool — not a medical device — and it does not give clinical advice.
Baseline uses Google Sign-In only to identify your account. It requests your name, email address and profile picture, and nothing else — no access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts or any other Google service. Your health data is never sold, shared or used for advertising. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
